The Table at Woodstock
What They Offer: Donating Christmas gifts to children in Onteora School District.

People’s Place
What They Offer: They provide a turkey and all the “fixings” for a Thanksgiving feast to households. They provide gifts and winter weather clothing for children between the ages of newborn to 16 years old.
Required Documentations: ID for each family member is required.
How to Register: Families must go to People’s Place in person to apply for resources.

Ulster County Community Action
What They Offer: Thanksgiving food baskets for families (Turkey and all the fixings).
For Christmas, they offer toys for children from newborn to 13 years old and possibly food depending on the supply.
Required Documentation: No income guidelines required. They do require proof of age (birth certificates or health insurance cards) for toys for Christmas.
How to Register: Families need to go to Ulster County Community Action at either their Kingston or Ellenville location and apply in person.

Woodstock Fire Department
What They Offer: The Program will assist families with purchasing gifts for all the children in the home, as well as provide food baskets and a Hannaford gift card to ensure all bellies are full during winter break. Woodstock and West Hurley residents are the first priority.

Town of Woodstock
What They Offer: They offer food baskets prior to Christmas (after Thanksgiving, but before Christmas) and they will deliver them to the families in the town of Woodstock.

Christmas Wishes
What They Offer: Christmas gifts.
Required Documentation: None. Will only allow one application per address.

Family of Woodstock
What They Offer: Dinner for families on Thanksgiving. This year it will be a “hybrid” dinner, as people may take out the food, or may have dinner at the community center in Woodstock at 56 Rock City Rd in Woodstock. Seating is limited. They will also be offering gifts for children from newborn to 18 years old.
Required Documentation: None.
How to Register: Sign-ups for Thanksgiving will begin November 1st and sign-ups for Christmas will begin December 1st, by calling the Family of Woodstock Hotline at 845-679-2485.

Deadline to Register: November 12 for Thanksgiving and December 11 for gifts.
Distribution Information: They will contact the family for arrangements.
